Meet Kishke, a sweet and gentle older Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix with a loving soul and kind eyes that tell a story of loyalty and devotion. Kishke was deeply loved by her family, but due to serious medical needs of their own, they made the heartbreaking decision to seek help finding her a new home where she can continue to receive the care and love she deserves. Despite all the changes in her life, Kishke remains affectionate, calm, and eager to be close to people. She enjoys the simple things - soft beds, leisurely walks, quiet companionship, and plenty of love. This wonderful senior girl is looking for a compassionate forever family who will cherish her golden years and give her the stability and comfort she's always known. Kishke has so much love left to give and would make a devoted companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend. Kishke is long time friends with Erin.

OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
