Gena is a sweet and outgoing pit mix with a loving heart and a joyful personality. She came to us all the way from Arkansas, where she proved herself to be a wonderful momma before getting her chance to be pampered and cared for herself. Gena adores people and greets everyone she meets with a happy tail wag and plenty of affection. Her friendly, social nature makes her a joy to be around, and she's ready to trade her mom duties for a forever home where she can relax, play, and be spoiled. She is great around other dogs as well as cats! Gena would make a loyal, loving companion for a family looking for a devoted best friend.

OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
