Meet Silver, a gorgeous Husky from Texas with striking looks and an even more remarkable personality. He was lovingly surrendered when his elderly owner could no longer care for him, and now he's ready to start a new chapter with a forever family. Silver is wonderful with other dogs - even small ones - and has a playful, joyful spirit that shines brightest when he's running and stretching his legs. He walks well on a leash, making him a great companion for daily strolls or outdoor adventures. After playtime, Silver is more than happy to relax on the couch and enjoy some well-earned downtime with his people. He is crate trained, well-mannered, and truly an exceptional dog who will bring love, fun, and loyalty to any home lucky enough to have him.

OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
