Meet Hot Chocolate, a gorgeous medium-sized Husky mix with a rich chocolate coat and striking blue eyes that hint at both her beauty and her gentle spirit. She arrived from Texas with her puppies in tow, having already shown just how devoted and caring she is as a mother. Now that her puppies are safe and growing, Hot Chocolate is ready for a life of her own, where she can slowly learn that the world is kind and people can be trusted. She is a little shy at first and may take a moment to warm up, but with patience and gentle encouragement, her sweet and affectionate personality begins to shine through. Hot Chocolate enjoys quiet companionship, soft voices, and the comfort of feeling safe. She's looking for a calm, loving forever home where she can build confidence at her own pace and finally experience the care and devotion she so deeply deserves.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ADOPT FROM WRIGHT-WAY RESCUE:
OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
