Description:
Honey is a happy, sweet 5-month-old puppy who is looking for a family of her very own! She is playful, loving, curious, and has all the goofy puppy personality you could hope for.
Honey does have megaesophagus, which means she is a little different from your typical puppy when it comes to mealtime. She has a special feeding routine that allows her to eat safely and at her own pace. She has been doing well with her current routine, and her care is something her future family will need to be comfortable continuing.
Honey will be a special-needs adoption, but we don't want her diagnosis to overshadow the fact that she is just a puppy who wants to be loved, played with, and included in a family. She has so much personality and so much love to give.
Her perfect family will be someone who is willing to learn about her condition, follow her feeding routine, and give her the same patience and commitment they would give any other member of their family.
Honey doesn't need someone to feel sorry for her. She just needs someone who is willing to see the amazing puppy behind the diagnosis.
