Meet Merida, a beautiful black-and-white cat from Indiana with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. Currently being spoiled in a wonderful foster home, Merida has been enjoying all the comforts of home while waiting for the perfect forever family. Sweet, affectionate, and full of charm, Merida loves spending time with people and relaxing in cozy spots for long, peaceful naps. One of the most special parts of Merida's story is the incredible bond shared with best friend Barnaby. These two are constant companions who enjoy each other's company and make the perfect pair. Merida would love a home filled with love, patience, and plenty of sunny windows for birdwatching. The greatest happily ever after would be finding a family willing to welcome both Merida and Barnaby, keeping this adorable duo together for a lifetime of love and companionship.

OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
