Meet Beatrice, a gentle Dachshund/Beagle mix who is looking for a patient and understanding home where she can continue to learn that she is safe and loved. Beatrice was rescued from a hoarding case in Southern Illinois and is still adjusting to the many new experiences that come with being part of a family. She is currently very timid and can be jumpy, but with time, consistency, and a calm environment, she has the opportunity to build confidence and show her sweet personality. Beatrice would do best with someone who understands that trust takes patience and who will celebrate the small steps along her journey. With compassion and a little extra care, Beatrice can become a wonderful companion and experience the loving home she deserves.

OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
