Meet Harriett, a senior Golden Retriever mix who is looking for a patient and loving home where she can finally feel safe and cared for. Harriett was rescued from a hoarding case in Southern Illinois and is still learning that she is in a place where she can relax and be loved. Right now, she is very scared and needs someone who will give her the time, patience, and gentle encouragement she needs to build trust and confidence. Harriett's journey may require a little extra understanding, but every small step forward will be a meaningful one. This sweet senior girl deserves the chance to experience comfort, kindness, and the security of a loving home where she can enjoy her golden years.

OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
