Meet Kodiak, a handsome chocolate Husky from Texas with a heart as sweet as his beautiful coloring! Kodiak was found in the Rio Grande area alongside his mom and brother and is now safely enjoying life in foster care. Surrounded by other dogs, Kodiak is getting plenty of positive socialization and learning all about being a happy, confident companion. This sweet boy has a gentle, loving personality and is making wonderful progress as he discovers the joys of feeling safe and cared for. Kodiak is ready to continue growing, learning, and making memories with a forever family who will give him all the love and guidance he deserves!

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ADOPT FROM WRIGHT-WAY RESCUE:
OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page
- Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours.
- An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process.
- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL!
The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Friday, 2pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
